How it Works

  1. Submit a referral by emailing future@ndea.com with the candidate cc'd on the email.

    Include the following information about the candidate:

    • Subject: Referral for [Role] - [Name]
    • Email
    • Resume
    • LinkedIn profile (if available)
    • Google Scholar link (if available)
    • GitHub link (if available)
  2. We run our interview process.
  3. If we hire them, you get paid $10,000 after 30 days.

Please note that due to high volume, we may not be able to respond to every submission. We'll reach out if your referral is selected to move forward.

Referral Bonus Details

  • Bonus Amount: $10,000 USD (gross)
  • Payment Timing: Paid after the referred hire completes 30 consecutive days of employment
  • Payment Method: External referrers are paid via accounts payable (1099 where applicable)
  • Taxes: All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings

Important Conditions

  • Referral bonuses apply to approved open roles only.
  • The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies or is contacted by us.
  • The referred candidate must be new to Ndea (not a current employee or existing candidate).
  • Only one referral bonus will be paid per hire.
  • If multiple referrals are submitted, the bonus goes to the first verified referrer.
  • The referred hire must remain actively employed for at least 30 days.
  • Bonus is forfeited if the hire leaves or is terminated before 30 days.
  • Referral bonuses are discretionary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
